1. General Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and 92prk ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing, registering, depositing, or playing on 92prk at the domain 92prk.pro, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in their entirety.

3. Account Responsibilities

If duplicate accounts are detected, all accounts may be closed and any balances or winnings across those accounts may be forfeited.

You are fully responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your login credentials. This includes your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your account. Do not share these details with anyone under any circumstances.

Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Using a payment method that belongs to another person is not permitted and may result in the deposit being reversed and the account suspended.

• Deposits are generally credited to your account balance promptly after the transaction is confirmed by the payment provider.
• If a deposit does not appear in your balance within a reasonable time, contact support with the transaction reference number.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, or to a verified method registered on your account. All withdrawals are paid in PKR with no hidden conversion deductions applied by 92prk.

• Withdrawals can only be sent to accounts and wallets registered in your own name.
• Your account must be fully verified before any withdrawal is processed.
• Any active bonus wagering requirement must be completed before bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn.

• Standard withdrawal processing times vary by method; VIP members benefit from prioritised processing.
• 92prk reserves the right to conduct enhanced verification checks on large withdrawal requests before processing.

In cases where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraud, terms abuse, or a dispute in progress, 92prk may place a temporary hold on a withdrawal pending investigation. Players will be informed of any such hold and given a reasonable opportunity to provide clarifying information.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be met before withdrawals of bonus-related winnings are permitted.

• Only one bonus may be active on your account at a time unless stated otherwise in the promotion.

7. Sports Betting Rules

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Once confirmed, a bet cannot be amended or cancelled except in specific circumstances permitted by platform rules.

Any attempt to take advantage of delayed live data feeds, obvious errors, or technical malfunctions to place bets with an unfair informational advantage may result in those bets being voided and the account reviewed.

8. Casino and Slots

All casino games and slots available on 92prk, including slots, live casino tables, and table games, use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. • In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session, the game round may be voided and your stake refunded. Partial rounds that cannot be completed due to a fault do not count as completed rounds.
